Ford Mustang Differences

Here is a video for you guys to distinguish the difference between the US and EURO spec Ford Mustang.  Nope, the Ford Mustang is still not yet in Brunei!!!!

I can feel the pain for those who are still awaiting for Ford Mustang to land in Brunei.  I also don't know what took our local agent so long to import them in.  Many realible source already confirmed it is coming and yet 2017 is nearing and a model has yet to be seen.  I heard rumors Ford Brunei might be taken over by another car company.  How true is this?  Time will tell!  In the mean time please enjoy the video below!

New Car In Brunei - 2017 Toyota FT86

Wow, I didn't expect to see the latest facelifted 2017 Toyota FT86/GT86 so soon!  These are photos taken by a sales rep and clearly show NBT had imported every single colors from the catalogue! Not sure about the pricing but it shouldn't be much as the new model is mostly small upgrades and some nip tuck.  Engine is still the same boxer 4 with additional 5 hp raising it to 205hp!  Both front and rear received very obvious cosmetics changes that house both front and rear LED lightning.  Interior also received minor changes as notable from the instrument cluster, steering wheel and interior trims.  Pop into NBT Toyota to check it out and also please update me the price for the car if there is any changes!

Car Spotting In Brunei - Porsche 911 Turbo S (991)

Holy Cow!  A bright red Porsche 911 Turbo S (991) getting a full exhaust and headers upgrade at SHHPRO Shop!  These are aftermarket parts made by IPE.  A well known company made famous by their exhaust system!  Porsche 911 Turbo S is one of the fastest acceleration production car on the planet.  It has around 560hp ready for driver perusal and goes to 100km/hr in around 3 secs!

Friends Rides - Ferrari 456 GTA

Here is a nice garage queen sitting at my friends home.   Before the 575, 599 or F12 there was this, the Ferrari 456 from the early 90s.  This particular example is called 456 GTA.  The "A" is for the automatic transmission fitted into this car.  Before the twin-clutch or dual-clutch transmission era we have here the the early example of an automatic transmission fitted to a prancing horse.

The car has an almighty 5.5litre V12 that produced 436hp.  It was the fastest production 4 seaters in the world at that time when it was launched.  0-100km/hr is around 5.2sec and tops out around 302km/hr.

New Future Model - Toyota C-HR (2017)

Hi guys, today I would like to introduce another topic which is called "New Future Model".  This topic will focus on up coming car that had been green-lighted to be release and has a higher chance of it reaching our shore!  The topic will focus on interesting new model targeting unique market or niche.

So to kick start this topic I would like to introduce the latest model from Toyota called C-HR.  This model is due for releases in 2017!  It is a direct rival to the popular Nissan JUKE that has been around since 2011.  

The engine offer at this point of time is to be confirm as there is a turbo-charged and hybrid version available in Japan.  This model like the rival JUKE is a love or hate thing.  I am a big fan of Nissan JUKE especially those fitted with crazy bodykit as offer at our local Nissan.  When Toyota introduced the concept for C-HR, no one expect the actual production model to stay true to its concept.  Almost 90% were carry over from the concept which is very rare from manufacturer.

Hopefully Toyota Brunei will import this as I don't see the reason why they wouldn't.  Nissan JUKE is very popular in Brunei and I am pretty sure this model will steal many customer away from Nissan.

Never knew this car existed in Brunei until I saw someone posting it for sale!  Yes this ultra rare Holden HSV GTS W507 is for sale for around BND$100k++!!!

Not sure why it is for sale but this particular immaculate example has low mileage and was imported to Brunei just last year.  

This W507 model pumped out 680hp or 507kw (hence the W507).  It is a performance package available straight from Holden Dealer and will set you about AUD7990.00.  The package was available across all HSV GTS models.   The "W" stands for Walkinshaw Performance and it is quite limited as only a handful of 200++units were produced from 2014 to 2015.

Hopefully I can get to see this last generation Holden HSV on road soon!

Car Spotting In Brunei - Aston Martin Vanquish

A friend of mine sent me this cool car he spotted while travelling from work.  This is kinda rare as I just knew of its existance when I recieved this pic.  This is the Aston Martin Vanquish spotted with a cool license plate as well.  The car has a 5.9litre V12 engine producing 565hp with 620Nm.  Goes from 0-100km/hr in 4.1sec.  This is a true gentlman supercar!
