Parts Shipment Landed from UK - Pt.1

X'mas presents came a few days late!!!  Here are car parts that I purchased for both my Mercedes Benz E240 and Porsche Boxster S!  All these goodies were ordered thru eBay and online store when my wife was working at London, UK.  These are the first shipment of my car parts and I am expecting a second shipment is also enroute and expected to arrive this week!

Hello again!  3 weeks ago I posted on my kaput MAP sensor.  I went online and ordered a brand new one and it's finally here after a long wait!  It cost me around BND $63.00 including shipping all the way from Spain!  I got this installed immediately just yesterday and the car is now finally running without stalling.  Engine is still shaky and we suspect the spark plugs which is way past its life and require replacement immediately!  Will update again next few days on the progress.

New Car In Brunei - Porsche Panamera Gen.II

I finally got a chance to see the second generation Porsche Panamera at Porsche Center Brunei last week.  All 3 models were available on display so gave me a big chance to see the differences of all models.  Prices range from BND220K++ to BND 300K.  For better prices accuracy please visit showroom for more details.

First impression is wow what a huge sedan!  The interior is filled with luxury and sportiness combined.  These 3 version is pretty spec-up from the Porsche option lists.  I can't wait for the Panamera Gran Tourismo to hit our shore next year!  Oh by the way, I was told we have 1 unit Porsche GT2-RS en-route!

Car Spotting In Brunei - Toyota Celica GT-4 (ST205)

Back in the 90s, Japan produced one of the best performance cars out there.  Now, I have no idea what is going on with that market.  The European cars are kicking there ass pretty badly in that sector.  Hopefully, the new Toyota Supra coming out in 2018 won't be a disappointment.

This particular fine Toyota Celica GT-4 belongs to a friend of mine and he has it for almost a decade or so.  The car is a turbo-charged 2.0litre (3S-GTE), 255hp rally machine. During the early 1990s, this car competed with Subaru WRX and Mitsubishi Evolution in the World Rally Championships.  I was lucky enough to witness those rally machine back in Perth, Western Australia in 1995.  In order to race in the WRC, 2500units of Celica GT-4 need to be homologated by Toyota.  So you are looking at 1 of 2500 in the whole world.  If I remember there are about 5 units in Brunei.  Not sure what happen to the other units.

New Car In Brunei - Nissan Cube Gen.3 (Z12)

Check it out guys, the first ever Nissan Cube (Z12) has landed in Brunei.  This one is a special one as it is the Rider AUTECH Version.  It has a different bodykits fitted as shown here.  Not sure my friend is going to keep this ride or sell it.  I guess if the price is right he will let it go.  The car is now awaiting JPD paperwork and approval.  Once its done I will be taking it for a test drive!  And yea...this car is 10 years late...LOL

New Car In Brunei - Peugeot 3008

TCY Peugeot launched the new generation Peugeot 3008 in November.  I have yet to visit the showroom but one of them was displayed outside HuaHo Manggis.  I was wow by this new car especially the interior features.  If you are an avid reader of my blog you would know I used to own the Peugeot 5008 till some idiot crashed and written off my car.  This new model is about BND$42,000+ showroom.

There is another internet challenge heating up at the car community.  Its called #ifmycarwasavillainchallenge.   I picked the Reverse Flash for my ER34.  Why?  Because there is not much villain in yellow color or suit. LOL
